This speaker was original equipment in Fender's BXR 210 speaker enclosure. Yes, the shipping carton is erroneously imprinted "8 ohm BXR 210" but the sticker on the edge of the magnet reads "16 OHM. I check all of the speaker prior to shipment. Most measure in the 15 ohm DC resistance range. Weight approximately 6.65 pounds. The bottom line? If you need bargain 10" speakers for that old bass combo or cabinet jump on this deal. Wire up four of these speakers in parallel and you've got a 400W 4 ohm cabinet for peanuts. Brand New.
